By registering for and participating in the UTF-E FitFest 1K, 2K, or 5K race events, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for my health and safety during the event.
I agree to release and hold harmless United Through Fitness & Education (UTFE), its staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and event affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation, including personal injury, medical expenses, or loss, theft, or damage to personal property. I understand that UTFE is not responsible for accidents or incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event staff and volunteers to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf.
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
